DiscordCraft Mod 1.12.2

DiscordCraft Mod 1.12.2 provides Minecraft with a Discord Rich Presence. It displays your current location in the menu or in Single or Multiplayer.

This Miscellaneous mod helps other players have a good grasp of where you are in the game. You will be displayed in the main menu. Or, it will show that you are in Single or Multiplayer. Everything will be easy to view.

How to install DiscordCraft Mod:

Assure that you have already installed Minecraft Forge
Define the location of the Minecraft application folder.
